Tim is an experienced corporate financier and broker having spent over 20 years working at Robert Fleming & Co, N M Rothschild, Westhouse Securities, Northland Capital Partners and was most recently Joint CEO of Zeus Capital. He left Zeus in November 2014, after having grown it to become one of the leading brokers to AIM companies, to form IFC.

Tim has extensive experience in advising small and mid- cap quoted companies on IPOs, fund raisings, M&A, strategy and regulatory matters, including as an AIM Qualified Executive.

Graham has been working as a financial PR consultant for the last nineteen years. Graham founded Threadneedle Communications in 2005 which became the leading financial PR agency for companies on AIM receiving numerous industry awards.

Threadneedle Communications was acquired by AIM listed Porta Commmunications in 2011 to become Newgate Threadneedle. His focus has been advising public listed companies and he has extensive M&A, crisis management and IPO experience.

Florence joined IFC at the beginning of 2017 and has over seven years’ experience in financial PR and Investor Relations. During that time, she has worked across a number of sectors, particularly with AIM quoted companies where her responsibility is heading the Company’s communications with all its stakeholders. She also advises clients on strategic capital markets communications, IPOs, all forms of media strategies, as well as financial calendar work.

 

Florence has particular expertise and experience in investor communications, helping grow smaller and mid-cap companies through her connections with institutional and retail investors and key city journalists and publications.

 

Florence has a BA (Hons) degree from the University of Nottingham.

Zach joined IFC in 2017 and works with a range of Main Market and AIM-quoted companies advising on all aspects of financial PR and investor relations, including strategic capital markets communications, supporting IPOs, M&A activity, fundraisings, internal communications and crisis management.

Zach manages key accounts across a variety of sectors and has established strong working relationships with the sell-side analyst community and the retail investment media.

Jane joined IFC on its formation to look after the administrative side of the agency and to provide specific assistance with IT related projects. She has over 25 years experience in a variety of IT and administrative roles, including over 10 years at ESRI UK as a project manager focussed on geographical information systems. She has an MSc in Computer Science.

Alex White is a former senior Fleet Street journalist who joined the IFC team from Newgate Threadneedle in February 2016 with a specific focus on supporting clients with their media relations programmes with financial journalists, as well as a wider press audience, including trade press. He has over 50 years’ experience as a journalist and PR adviser, providing support to companies of all shapes and sizes across multiple sectors.

Tony has been a corporate adviser for over 30 years and served on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM Advisory Group. He has acted as a LSE Main Market Sponsor and Nominated Adviser to a broad range of AIM companies and has acted as lead adviser on numerous transactions. Tony was a former director of Strand Partners, followed by Chairman and Chief Executive of Dowgate Capital plc, after which he co-founded Cairn Financial Advisers. Tony has also acted in various non-executive roles and is currently non-executive director of £250m mkt cap AIM listed ECO Animal Health Group plc.
